3. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the Site and our services in accordance with all applicable UK laws and regulations. You must not:

use the Site for unauthorised commercial purposes; or
infringe upon our intellectual property or the rights of others.
4. Products, Services, and Talent Representation
4.1 Training and Coaching Services
Live Sell Academy Ltd provides expert coaching, mentoring, and training services to help creators and businesses improve their live-selling performance.
Our offerings include:
REAL™ Method – a proprietary framework developed by Live Sell Academy Ltd. All rights reserved. Unauthorised use of the REAL™ Method name, materials, or related content is prohibited.
Video Tutorials (Behind Paywall) – exclusive, on-demand tutorials covering live-selling techniques and best practices. These are sold as one-time purchases or subscriptions.
Coaching Services – personalised 1-to-1 or group coaching sessions including, but not limited to, the Kickstart Session, GMV Accelerator, and Creator Growth packages, as well as enterprise programmes.

4.2 Presenter Applications and Representation
Live Sell Academy Ltd also operates as a Presenter Talent Agency, connecting creators and presenters with brands and live-commerce opportunities.
Submitting an application or audition through our Site does not automatically establish a representation agreement. Representation is offered only after successful evaluation and the signing of a separate written Presenter Representation Agreement.
We reserve the right to approve or decline any application at our discretion.
Once represented, presenters may be featured on our Site or social media channels, and we may share limited professional information (such as name, bio, image, and showreel links) with vetted client brands for legitimate booking purposes, in line with our Privacy Policy.
4.3 Fees, Payments, and Commission
For training and coaching, payment is required in advance.
For agency representation, Live Sell Academy Ltd typically invoices brands directly for presenter bookings, deducts the agreed commission, and remits the remaining balance to the presenter.
Specific commission rates and payment terms are detailed in the Presenter Representation Agreement.
4.4 Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, trademarks, and materials relating to the REAL™ Method, is the property of Live Sell Academy Ltd and protected by UK copyright and intellectual property law.
Presenters retain ownership of their own likeness, content, and creative works, but grant Live Sell Academy Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use their name, image, likeness, and professional materials (e.g., showreel links, bio) for promotional and operational purposes during representation.
5. Orders and Payments
When placing an order or booking via the Site, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion.
Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers such as PayPal, Stripe, and Squarespace.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
We respect your privacy and handle your data in compliance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
By using the Site or submitting information, you consent to the processing of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
This includes information collected from presenter applicants, customers, and clients.
7. Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Live Sell Academy Ltd disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and will not be liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from your use of the Site or participation in our services.
When acting as an intermediary between presenters and brands, we facilitate introductions and bookings in good faith but cannot be held responsible for any contractual or performance issues between third parties, except where required by UK law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
