These Terms of Sale apply in addition to our Website Terms & Conditions and Legal Notice.

These Terms of Sale explain how purchases are handled for coaching services and digital products provided by Live Sell Academy Ltd (“we,” “our,” “us”).
By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms, which work alongside our Legal Notice, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy.

2. Services and Digital Products

We provide:

  • Virtual Coaching Packages – delivered online via Zoom or equivalent platforms.

  • Digital Content – including our £27 “Lifetime Access” Presenter Training Video and other on-demand training resources available through our website.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT (where applicable).
Payment is due in full at the point of purchase unless otherwise stated.
We accept secure online payment through the methods displayed at checkout.

4. Scheduling and Delivery

  • Coaching sessions are arranged by mutual agreement through our booking system or direct communication.

  • Digital content is delivered immediately via on-screen access after payment.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

a. Coaching Packages

  • You may cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the first scheduled session for a refund, minus a 10% administrative fee of the total booking, to cover non-refundable payment processing and scheduling costs.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled session, or non-attendance, are non-refundable and the session will be considered taken.

  • For multi-hour packages, unused hours may be refunded (less administrative costs) if cancelled within 14 days of purchase and before any coaching has taken place.

  • Rescheduling is permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

b. Digital Content (“Lifetime Access” Presenter Training Videos and Similar Products)

  • When you purchase digital content, you receive immediate access after payment.

  • By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that access begins straight away and that this waives your statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

  • Refunds will only be provided if:

    • access was not granted, or

    • a verified technical issue prevented you from viewing the content that we could not resolve.

c. Statutory Rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

6. Changes and Availability

We reserve the right to update or improve our services, prices, or digital content at any time.
If a significant change affects your existing booking, we will notify you and offer alternative dates or a refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, and documents remain the intellectual property of Live Sell Academy Ltd.
They are for your personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or business losses arising from the use of our services or digital products.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.

10. Governing Law
