  • Acuity Scheduling – booking management and calendar integration.

  • LinkedIn – professional networking and marketing communications.

For presenter applicants who are not accepted, we retain the information you provide for up to 24 months after submission. This allows us to reconsider your application for future opportunities or maintain a record of previous submissions.

For accepted presenters, we retain your data for the duration of your representation with Live Sell Academy Ltd and for an additional six years after your contract ends. This retention period enables us to meet our obligations under UK tax, accounting, and agency-regulation requirements.

For training clients and paying customers, we keep relevant transactional and contact information for six years following your last purchase or completed service. This is necessary for record-keeping, audit, and legal compliance.

For marketing contacts, we store your information only while you remain subscribed. If you withdraw consent or unsubscribe, your data will be deleted or anonymised promptly.

When a retention period expires, we securely delete or anonymise the data so that it can no longer identify you.
