Being closer to 50 than I am 40 I bring a fresh & unique angle to live shows, combining life experience, knowledge, authenticity and the ability to confidently build trust and a loyal community. I am a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer & a pre/post natal coach helping ladies of all ages fall in love with strength training in my own gym. I’m passionate about fitness & nutrition & have built a following on TikTok over 100k+ by regularly positing high protein easy to follow recipes & selfcare videos.
